Items can only be returned if this in advance via email contact with Casj, this quoting the order number.

For all items purchased from Casj applies a credit of the purchase price of the article, again to be used at Casj or refund of amount paid by the Client. For the returned items the customer will receive a CREDIT that can be spent on (non-discounted and without discount offers) articles. The voucher remains valid for one year. Refund of the amount will take place as soon as possible but within 1 month.

The postage of returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.


The instructions of Casj to return an item should be followed for a successful settlement:
Garments must be returned the same condition as when it is received, this means:

    
* In unworn condition;
    
* With price tag still attached (if this is removed can NOT be returned);
    
* Washed clothes, and not sprinkled with perfume to mask other smells.

If in doubt is NOT returned.
Within agreed time and not later, we will unfortunately have to charge rent!


Undergarments (bra, briefs etc.) can NOT be returned for reasons of hygiene! The same goes for swimwear.
Articles in the clearance / discount can not be returned.


Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the (possible) tickets still attached.


Only return especially in original packaging as possible, a garment is a parcel received this name must also return a parcel to be sent + pass code package. The included original invoice along with their return. Insufficient postage will be deducted.
Delivery and postage of the return for the buyer.


Defects must be reported within 24 hours.
Unstamped shipments are always rejected.


If unfortunately something wrong with an article, after inspection by Casj, all expenses paid by Casj.
